Quickly boil water using fuel provided by Mother Nature (pine cones, twigs & small sticks, dried grass or just about any other combustibles). Never have to buy expensive canned fuel again - no extra weight - no hauling out the empties. Included is the full hard anodized "Cook Kit" (pot, lid/fry pan, grills, pot gripper, base stand and pot support) along with a carry bag for storage and instructions. All Ghillie Kettles are hand crafted of aluminum in England; this model is hard anodized to the British ISO 10074:2010 Standard and carries a 10 year limited warranty to the original owner. Our kettles are the only ones with the safety whistle cap. The Ghillie Kettle is elegantly simple, incredibly efficient and truly heirloom quality. DO NOT be fooled by similar products made in China. Once filled with water, put the whistle cap on the spout and build a small fire in the base. Add fuel by dropping it down the chimney. The heat transfer from the large surface area of the chimney quickly heats the water. You'll have a nice rolling boil in about 4 minutes with a bit of practice in nearly any weather conditions.When you hear the whistle, lift the kettle off the fire base by holding the handle 90 from the top of the chimney and set it aside. Remove the whistle cap and use the handle and chain to pour. Refill the kettle and repeat as more hot water needed. NEVER BOIL THE KETTLE DRY - it will ruin it and void the warranty.
